Refund policy

On The Fly Fashion offers discounted FINAL SALE pricing.

Due to the nature of our final sale pricing, we have a No-Return policy for items purchased on this website.

We understand mistakes happen and sometimes an item may be damaged. For Customer Service reasons we can be reached by email at info@ontheflyfashion.com. You have 10 days after receiving your item to let us know of any issue and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ontheflyfashion.com. If your return is accepted, on your behalf, we will do our best to purchase discounted return shipping label for you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take clear photos and send us a detailed explanation to info@ontheflyfashion.com.

Final Sale/ Exceptions / non-returnable items
Although we mostly sell clothing, we my at times sell other products. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale Items or Gift Cards.

Exchanges if an exception to our final sale policy is granted, a store credit only will be issued to be used on the On The Fly Fashion website. Credit for exchange items will be in the form of an online Gift Card that will be emailed to you.

Should there be an exception to the Final Sale policy and return received. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds are store credit only and will be Issued in the form of an online On The Fly Fashion Gift Card that will be emailed to you.
Should there be an exception to the Final Sale policy and return received, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of an emailed online gift certificate to be used on the On The Fly Fashion website only.
